Today was a goo day in fact, it was a GREAT day! Everything I planned to do was actually done. I worked out, I cleaned, I ate well, I was reading, I managed my weight and put up control sheets on the wall, and most of all I laughed and sang like no other day, and to end this wonderful day I kept smiling. I figured out that there is no use of crying nor frowning they just make me look ugly !
A smile doesnt only help others but I believe it helps you oneself more than anything.
so to everyone, keep smiling and keep your spirit up high IT HELPS!!!
